Tangy Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 (1-ounce) packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (or 3 tablespoons from the bulk bottle)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
2 lbs pork chops

Instructions

In a large zipper top bag, combine ranch dressing powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add pork chops.
Marinate 20 to 30 minutes.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. The internal temp should reach 145° F.
