Ingredients

1 (18.25-ounce) box red velvet cake mix
12 oz bag white chocolate chips
(3.4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine.
Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish. (I also added some whole pecans to the top to make them pretty.)
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set to your liking. (We like ours fudgey so we bake them for about 30 minutes.) Cool completely before cutting and serving.
