Easy Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package bowtie pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground Italian sausage
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 (14-ounce) jar pizza sauce
1 (3.5-ounce) package pepperoni
1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend ((2 cups) )
1/2 teaspoon salt ((or more))
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese ((2 cups))

Instructions

Cook pasta in large pot of salted water according to the package directions. Drain and return to the pot.
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef, sausage, and onions in a large skillet until no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain grease and return to pan.
Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese soup, and Italian cheese blend into meat mixture.
Add meat mixture to pot with cooked pasta and combine. Add salt to taste.
Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
