Easy Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (or more)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or more)

Instructions

Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop. Keeps for about a week. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
