Chunky Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (I recommend Duke's)
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teasoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch sugar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon MSG (Ac'cent seasoning) (optional) (*Please read the post about this ingredient.)
4 ounce block of blue cheese

Instructions

Add the mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, sugar, and MSG to a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Crumble the blue cheese and fold into the dressing. Cover or store in a jar in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Add additional salt and pepper to taste before serving. Add additional buttermilk if you'd like a thinner dressing. Will keep for 1 to 2 weeks.
