Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° and lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
Combine broccoli, sour cream, mushroom soup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and 1 cup of cheese; mix well.
Spread the mixture into the prepared dish. In a small bowl, toss the crushed crackers with the melted butter to coat. Sprinkle them over the casserole.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through and the crackers are well toasted. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheddar cheese; return to oven until cheese is melted.
